Not so fast, Saxby

Last night it looked as if Republican Senator Saxby Chambliss of Georgia had won re-election, but the Atlanta Journal-Constitution now reports a late ballot count pulled him under the 50-percent threshold needed to avoid a runoff. A few ballots must still be counted, so this is a nailbiter.
