The horror! This contest must be rigged. How could they not give Singleton's papers in So Cal a Pulitzer? I know they weren't nominated, but, what are the judges looking for? Quality journalism? Never mind.
I wonder if the Post Photojournalist that won did it with 8 year old antiquated and constantly under repair camera equipment?
No way. State of the are equipment is standard for the newspaper group. Why would you even suggest that? State of the are computers, training methods, employee communication, and let us no forget the brilliant executive team that runs this group.
I see Belo's Dallas Morning News won. They must not have cut that paper the way they did their others.
