Change comes quickly
Howard "Mr. 50-State Strategy" Dean has decided against seeking a second term as head of the Democratic National Committee. Chris Cillizza at The Fix has a list of possible successors. My early favorite: Bill Richardson. He showed fealty to candidate Barack Obama over the Clintons, his ethnic background could help Democratic outreach to Latino voters and, well, I don't think Obama wants to give him a cabinet position.
