Bell's City Council voted to cut its pay by 90 percent last night, but residents still want heads to roll. As a recall effort gets underway, state and local prosecutors are investigating possible crimes and local officials are calling for an outside audit. On tonight's "Which Way, LA?" we talk to Bell residents, a representative of the police officers' union and political expert Raphe Sonenshein.
